About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team in a healthcare setting. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to doctors, nurses, managers, and hospital staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy and support desktops, thin clients, workstations, and multi-functional printers in clinical areas
  • Respond to customer requests to resolve issues in person or remotely, via phone and email
  • Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory
  • Experience working with patch panels and resolving network issues such as IP conflicts, mapping network drives and printers
Requirements
  • Intermediate level of experience with Windows, Active Directory, and PC support
  • Strong documentation and customer service skills
