Responsibilities
  • Assist with Certified Residential Medication Administration (CRMA) training for all employees.
  • Supervise CRMA medication passes to ensure accuracy and safety.
  • Conduct program visits to support medical needs and provide program-specific training to Direct Support Professionals.
  • Participate in meetings as the agency's nursing representative as necessary.
  • Interact with consumers, guardians, and DHHS and Caseworkers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Stay current with nursing best practices and state requirements to provide exceptional care.
Requirements
  • Active RN license
  • CRMA trainer certification (preferred)
  • At least one year of experience (preferred)
