Responsibilities


  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of direct care staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality nursing services
  • Develop and implement plans of care that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal resident outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in nursing practice


Requirements


  • Current unencumbered RN license to practice in the State of Maine
  • Prior short-term skilled or long-term care experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team
