Job Title: Sales Growth Strategist

Replenysh is at the forefront of transforming the materials supply chain with innovative digital solutions. Our mission is to help commercial businesses unlock the value of their recycled materials, streamline processes, and connect with key partners.

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Business Development Analyst to identify, engage, and onboard commercial businesses onto our platform. This role requires someone who is not only a strong communicator but also thrives in building and nurturing relationships.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to create and deliver effective sales pitches, and be comfortable with cold-calling and in-person prospecting. Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop targeted lead lists of commercial businesses that meet specific criteria in designated regions.
  • Create compelling sales pitches that clearly communicate our value proposition.
  • Conduct cold calls and visit potential client locations to engage new business prospects.
  • Manage and prioritize inbound leads, updating and curating our lead database.
  • Actively engage with businesses to pitch our platform, listen to their needs, close deals, and onboard them effectively.

Estimated salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year.
