Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Information Systems Manager/SIS Coordinator to resolve daily issues and improve service delivery.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of Jenzabar EX/Banner, including user interface, customizations, and portlets.
  • Provide help desk support for all users, troubleshooting problems with course pages, admission applications, and online data collection forms.
  • Develop and maintain reports using SQL, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
  • Contribute to the overall student success by providing individual training, support, and troubleshooting for medical, pharmacy, dental, and graduate students.
  • Participate in scholarly activities to enrich the student learning experience and embody the essence of Osteopathic Principles and Practices.
  • Represent LECOM in the community, participating in fundraising events and outreach initiatives.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Database Systems, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of workplace experience in a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Teamwork and adaptability are essential for success in this role.
