About the Position

Cayuga Centers is seeking a Clinician - TFC to join our team. In this role, you will provide short-term, trauma-sensitive treatment planning and delivery for youth in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual therapy and group counseling to youth
  • Administer required behavioral and mental health assessments for youth
  • Carry a caseload of up to twelve youth and coordinate services with case managers
  • Participate in on-call phone availability for program youth and foster parents

Requirements:

  • LMSW or LMHC licensure
  • One year of postgraduate direct service delivery experience preferred
  • Experience with strength-based, cognitive-behavioral, and trauma-sensitive approaches to treating troubled youth
  • Strong proficiency with completing administrative components of treatment (case documentation)
  • Bilingual English-Spanish language skills required

Compensation:

This role offers a competitive salary range of $72,000-$76,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, FSA, and 401(k) options.
