**Job Summary:**

New Oakland Family Centers is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Teacher to join our team. As an important member of our educational staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the special and educational needs of consumers participating in our FACE to FACE Partial Hospital Day Program.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide educational services in accordance with the policies and procedures of Oakland Schools' Aspire Program.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff on assigned cases to provide feedback/guidance related to education needs.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of specialized methodology for teaching students with disabilities.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Professional Teaching Certificate required, with Special Education Endorsement in Learning Disabilities highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask.

**What We Offer:

$45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
