We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Professional to join our team as a Member Service Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional member service, providing personalized financial solutions, and promoting Credit Union products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Member Service: Respond to member inquiries with urgency, process transactions accurately, and provide personalized interactions that meet their unique needs.
- Financial Solutions: Identify and recommend Credit Union products and services that cater to members' financial goals, while maintaining a deep understanding of their financial positions.
- Sales and Cross-Selling: Utilize outbound calling and cross-selling tools to develop strong relationships with current members, promote additional products and services, and drive revenue growth.
- Risk Mitigation: Employ fraud detection strategies and adhere to Credit Union procedures to minimize risk and ensure accurate processing of member requests and transactions.
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
- Skills: Proficiency in member service, excellent communication skills, sales acumen, critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing circumstances, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Salary: $18.00/hour (plus shift premiums) based on experience.
