Job Description

We are seeking an Education Support Specialist to join our team of dedicated professionals. The successful candidate will support the lead teacher in delivering engaging and interactive learning experiences for children aged 3-5 years.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Greet children and families with a positive attitude and smile
  • Assist with preparing activities and lesson plans
  • Conduct health checks and deliver health curriculum
  • Support with potty training and diaper changing

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate degree in Child Development or a related field
  • Experience working with children and families in early childhood settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
