Surgical Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Surgical Technician to join our team at Clarkston Surgery Center. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional patient care and supporting our surgical teams.

As a Surgical Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our surgical procedures. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Preparing equipment and supplies for each case, ensuring everything is ready for the surgeon and their team
• Providing top-notch patient care, adhering to state standards and facility policies
• Communicating effectively with the surgical team, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficiency
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to OSHA guidelines and other industry standards

In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone who is a team player, able to work well under pressure and provide excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities:

1. Familiarize yourself with our facility's policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations
2. Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives, contributing to our commitment to excellence

4. Assist with educating patients and families on pre-operative and post-operative care

We offer a competitive salary range of $ $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
