Job Description:
We are seeking a Revenue Growth Strategist to lead our team of Outside Sales Representatives and drive revenue growth through innovative payment processing solutions. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue.

Slice Merchant Services offers a comprehensive package of products and services that cater to the evolving needs of merchants. Our expert team delivers a consultative approach to help merchants make informed decisions about their payment processing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of up to 20 Outside Sales Representatives, providing daily communication, pipeline management, and lead disposition. You will also be responsible for developing strong business relationships with sales representatives and collaborating with the Director of Sales to achieve sales goals. Additionally, you will analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve sales performance.

Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you must have at least 2 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. Strong work ethic and a drive to succeed are also required.
