Position Overview: We are seeking a full-time (in-person) Sales and Design Professional who is passionate about sales, has an eye for interior design, and is eager to contribute to our growing business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a small office setting and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home design consultations to assess customer needs and propose tailored window covering solutions.
  • Manage sales cycle from inquiry to close.
  • Maintain relationships with returning customers.
  • Build relationships with new customers.
  • Generate quotes and proposals via Excel.
  • Create occasional marketing/sales materials.
  • Maintain up-to-date information in our CRM to track customer interactions.
  • Scan and maintain office files.
  • Assist in installation when needed and other tasks/projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of full-cycle sales experience (any industry).
  • Minimum education of High School Diploma/GED equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation to work in the Ballard/Greenwood area.
  • Must be willing to work on Saturdays.
  • Complete a criminal background check.
  • Good driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Compensation:

Range: $40.00 per hour depending on experience. This is a monthly salary position with commissions.
