Job Description

We are seeking an Architectural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the field of Architecture, preferably with a professional degree and licensure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on complex projects from planning to construction administration
  • Collaborate with team members to provide guidance and leadership
  • Develop and implement sustainable design practices and holistic design approaches
  • Provide mentorship to younger staff and contribute to the company's growth
  • Work on multiple project roles, including project management, production of working drawings, specification writing, and technical narrative writing
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
  • Strong communication skills and ability to enhance client relationships and collaboration with team members
  • Willingness to embrace sustainable design practices and holistic design approaches
  • Desire for continued professional growth and willingness to provide mentorship to younger staff
  • Ability to work in multiple project roles and adapt to changing project needs
Preferred Skills
  • Technical skills in construction documents, code review, construction administration, and experience in Revit, Sketch-up, and AutoCAD
  • Experience with rendering in Twin Motion and working proficiency in Adobe's Creative Cloud Suite
