We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resource Nurse to join our team at Mercy. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult, geriatric, and pediatric patients.
- Utilize theoretical concepts as a basis for decisions in practice, ensuring that care is delivered in accordance with standards of nursing practice.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- 1 year of Endoscopy experience.
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
- Current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
- BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certifications.
