About the Role

Corgan is seeking a highly skilled Business Facilitator to join our Data Centers team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating, synthesizing, and integrating multiple aspects of Sector programs, processes, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and integrate multiple aspects of Sector programs, processes, and procedures associated with client contract coordination, project consultant agreement coordination, proposal writing, and project file document coordination.
  • Work directly with marketing, accounting, legal, and designated client representatives to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to complex problems, utilizing strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Provide leadership and business acumen to support Principals, Project Managers, and other client-facing sector personnel.
  • Coordinate with Sector Principals in areas such as NDA process oversight, marketing number setup, project bidder question/RFI processes, proposal creation, and client contract development.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in a professional, client delivery-oriented work environment.
  • Successful track record working in a multi-function environment with complex needs of multiple end customers and internal business lines.
  • 4-year college (Bachelor equivalent) degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • Experience in business management systems and programs (e.g., CRM, Vision, Newforma) is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks under pressure while maintaining strong customer service abilities and a professional demeanor.

Compensation

Base Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000 annually – New York & Los Angeles locations only.

The estimate range represents the general base salary range of candidates hired in these locations only. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training. In addition, base salary is not inclusive of total compensation.
