Customer Service Representative at Family Dollar

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Family Dollar. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Greet customers and assist them with selection of merchandise, answering questions and making recommendations as needed.
  • Complete cash register transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and inviting shopping environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
