About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Master's Transportation. This is an individual contributor role responsible for all aspects of sales, including product evaluation, pricing negotiations, contract development, and ensuring successful product fulfillment and payment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and develop relationships with transit agencies, school districts, and private fleet operators to ensure responsiveness and eliminate competition on bids/RFPs.
  • Manage all sales activities within the assigned territory, including travel to make sales visits.
  • Work with the Director of Sales (DOS) to grow existing business and proactively search for new business.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in sales.
  • The ability to build strong long-term relationships with customers.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivation with the ability to operate responsibly and independently without supervision.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.

Estimated Salary Range

$80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience and performance.
