Master's Transportation is a leading provider of rental, lease, and purchase of transport vehicles. We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team.

About the Role

This individual contributor role involves all aspects of sales, including product evaluation, pricing negotiations, contract development, and ensuring successful product fulfillment and payment according to contractual agreements. You will create and develop relationships with transit agencies, school districts, and private fleet operators to ensure responsiveness and eliminate competition on bids/RFPs. You will manage all sales activities within your assigned territory, which includes travel to make sales visits. Additionally, you will work with the Director of Sales to grow existing business and proactively search for new business.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in sales
  • The ability to build strong long-term relationships with customers
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivation with the ability to operate responsibly and independently without supervision
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities with attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Office

You should also have a high school diploma or GED, and a bachelor's degree is preferred.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus strong uncapped commission structure.
