Glass Sales Specialist

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a goal-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results. Our company takes quality seriously, and we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Regional Sales Representative.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in the glass or building products industry. A Bachelor's degree is required, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using Salesforce is a plus.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and communicating with customers and internal stakeholders. They will also be expected to present Quality Glass products and services features and benefits to prospective customers, manage their own salesforce, and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Communicating with customers to understand their product needs and respond with accurate and timely quotes
- Presenting Quality Glass products and service features and benefits to prospective customers
- Managing the salesforce with complete and up-to-date information on all stages of assigned prospects and clients
- Educating customers on glass and aluminum products with a focus on value-based selling
