Revenue Integrity Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst, Revenue Integrity to join our team at Northwestern Medicine. As a key member of our revenue cycle operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our revenue capture processes.

Responsibilities- Charge Capture Analysis: Perform daily maintenance and quarterly audits of the EAP, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Data Management: Prepare necessary files for the EAP database and ensure accurate and consistent data entry practices.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date on billing and coding regulations, communicate changes to impacted areas, and apply updates to policy, financial, charge capture, patient care, billing, and coding operations.
- Leadership: Lead complex audits and prepare methodology for annual pricing changes and/or annual coding changes, delivering concrete and relevant results.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or 10 years of equivalent experience with progressive advancement.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- 5+ years in revenue cycle or revenue integrity role.
- Critical thinking, decisive judgment, high attention to detail, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Advanced understanding of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, and third-party billing requirements.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Medicare/Medicaid regulations.
Northwestern Medicine offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and more.
