About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Centralized Triage. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care through inbound and outbound telephone practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs through active listening and clinical assessment
  • Provide education and advanced problem-solving abilities to address patient concerns
  • Manage patients' immediate and ongoing needs with attention to acute and preventative intervention
Requirements
  • Successful completion of an accredited nursing program and current Illinois RN licensure
  • Operational knowledge of physician practice and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possesses professional telephone etiquette skills and ability to work in high-stress situations
  • Must possess excellent time management skills, basic keyboard, computer, and internet skills, and 35 WPM typing proficiency
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000, depending on experience.
