Job Summary:

We are seeking a Physician Network Development Specialist to join our team at NorthShore University HealthSystem. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with physicians and other healthcare providers to enhance the quality of patient care and improve health outcomes.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and experience in physician relations, network development, or a related field.
  • Responsibilities will include identifying opportunities for growth and improvement in our network, developing strategies to address these opportunities, and implementing plans to achieve desired outcomes.
  • The successful candidate will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication across the organization.
  • A key aspect of this role will be to build and maintain strong relationships with physicians and other healthcare providers, fostering trust and respect while promoting our mission and values.

Requirements:
