Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Excellence Professional to join our team at Northshore. This role is responsible for applying project management expertise alongside Lean Six Sigma and change management principles to drive key HR initiatives.

The successful candidate will partner with stakeholders to execute projects effectively, streamline HR processes, and manage change iteratively. This requires a proactive approach and the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels, leading change through influence rather than position.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide leadership and expertise in project management best practices
  2. Lead HR initiatives using agile methodologies to adapt to evolving needs and ensure iterative improvements
  3. Establish and manage governance structures for HR projects
  4. Facilitate the design and execution of systemwide Human Resources initiatives, from initiation to implementation
  5. Develop and maintain project charters, detailed plans, and manage resources with flexibility to respond to changing requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field, required
  • Certification: n/a
  • Experience: 5-7 years of professional experience in Human Resources, project management, or process improvement roles, with demonstrated expertise in managing HR-related initiatives, driving process improvements using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, and leading change management efforts in a complex organizational environment
