Compliance Manager

The Compliance Manager reports to the Senior Compliance Manager to ensure the organization adheres to internal policies, legal regulations, and ethical codes. This role will monitor compliance, develop compliance training programs, and manage risk through internal and external communication, audits, and data analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement a robust compliance program that aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders and functional teams to understand compliance risks, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Oversee the development and delivery of comprehensive compliance training programs to foster a strong culture of ethics and integrity.
- Create and implement effective communication strategies to raise awareness of compliance issues and promote a positive compliance culture.
- Maintain and update company policies and procedures to ensure they are current, relevant, and aligned with regulatory changes.
- Administer due diligence processes for third-party vendors and partners to mitigate compliance risks associated with external relationships.
- Identify, assess, and resolve potential conflicts of interest to protect the company's reputation and integrity.
- Assist with investigations, analyze employee helpline data, and provide support to ensure timely and thorough resolution of issues.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Monitor compliance activities, analyze data, and prepare detailed reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated experience in compliance, legal or regulatory roles, with a specific understanding of monitoring and oversight.
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) is a plus.
- Detailed experience in data analysis as well as auditing and monitoring compliance processes and controls on a large scale.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, specifically Excel, as well as PowerBi, and/or Learning Management Systems like LRN, UKG, or Docebo.
- Ability to work across multiple systems including implementations, data pulls, analysis, and developing efficiency enhancements.
- Strong attention to detail with a self-starter mentality to work collaboratively in a team across various projects of different sizes.
- Desire to build positive relations and partner with internal business units, corporate teams, and external vendors.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with a developed business acumen to demonstrate thought leadership.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
