Position Overview: As part of the Airedale team, we play a crucial role in maintaining the digital infrastructure that powers your everyday applications. We collaborate with prominent global clients to design, build, install, and optimize precision cooling systems that function continuously in data centers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the timeline and progress of essential internal processes to meet both internal and external customer expectations regarding cost, timing, and quality.
  • Lead and coordinate program activities with a cross-functional team, including Human Resources, Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, Operations, and other necessary disciplines.
  • Manage programs by leading cross-functional teams across multiple departments, potentially including direct supervision responsibilities.
  • Direct the activities of internal and external stakeholders to support programs without direct reporting authority.
  • Facilitate the phase gate process, utilizing existing tools and developing new ones as necessary, including the creation of a timing plan communicated regularly to stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress against the plan and original business case, taking necessary actions to ensure a successful program launch.
  • Act as the primary contact for initiatives to ensure clear goals, timelines, and operational efficiencies are achieved in collaboration with key personnel.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a project management role.
  • Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Engineering or Business).
  • Manufacturing experience is essential; HVAC experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with abilities in team leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, conflict resolution, and quality planning.
  • Familiarity with program management software, such as Microsoft Project or similar tools.
