Position Summary

The Program Coordinator will oversee IT initiatives within business applications and infrastructure, collaborating closely with various stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency. This role will engage with multiple departments, managing projects that support functions such as Research, Development, Clinical Operations, Quality Assurance, and more.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Project Management:
  • Initiate and plan new IT and business projects
  • Coordinate project deliverables and facilitate communication among team members
  • Define project scope and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Document and communicate risk mitigation strategies related to project timelines, resources, and quality
  • Utilize both waterfall and agile methodologies to manage projects effectively
Ensure compliance with IT security and business requirements Monitor project progress to adhere to schedules and budgets Manage interdependencies between various projects and initiatives Participate in resource planning and recruitment for project teams Foster a productive working environment and lead change management efforts Communicate project status regularly to all relevant stakeholders Business Transformation: Support the realization of business cases with a global impact and drive innovative initiatives Project Governance: Prepare and present project updates to governance committees Escalate issues promptly to ensure timely resolutions Adhere to quality management standards and prepare necessary documentation People Management: Mentor and guide project coordinators and team members Provide feedback and set performance targets for project staff Act as a role model for organizational values and culture Resolve conflicts and address resource needs within project teams Qualifications

Applicants should possess:
  • A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Formal training in Project Management or a proven track record in the field
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills in medium complexity projects
  • Ability to foster cross-organizational collaboration
  • Experience in stakeholder management at various levels
  • Familiarity with standard operating procedures and system operation guides
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies, particularly SAFe, is preferred
  • Experience in regulated environments within the life sciences sector is a plus
