Senior Business Account Executive

Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions, including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities. Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of Comcast products and services. Promote bundled products to ensure optimal solutions for customers. Sell with the goal of exceeding departmental financial and unit targets. Stay up-to-date on the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position Comcast Business Services in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities- Develop local business partnerships and organizational affiliations to enhance Comcast positioning and brand.
- Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports as required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and support a positive impression of the Comcast Experience.
- Generate new leads through prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
- Focus on advanced communications solutions, including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities.
- Identify improvement areas through a consultative process to enhance prospects' ability to communicate effectively.
- Effectively manage a territory with a high activity and comprehensive business plan.
- Team with technical, customer service, and related support staff to ensure end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to yield production levels of monthly quota performance and above.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5-7 years of relative work experience.
Base Pay: $53,768.00. Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $103,768.00. Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus. Additionally, Comcast provides best-in-class Benefits to eligible employees.
