Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Multi-dwelling Unit Account Executive to join our team at Comcast. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for securing long-term Right of Entry (R.O.E.) Agreements with new and existing MDU Owners, Developers, HOAs, Management Companies & College and Universities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities and introduce advanced technology products and services to new and existing MDU clients.
  • Effectively manage sales funnel, sales opportunities, and sales forecasts for accuracy.
  • Establish consultative relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide proposals with solutions that meet their goals.
  • Present company services to new and existing customers to increase awareness of our full suite of services.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with owners, developers, property managers, and university officials.
  • Work with internal cross-functional partners to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Manage defined territory to include development of local business partnerships and organizational affiliations.
  • Notify senior leadership of changes to market dynamics and the competitive landscape.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-5 years of relative work experience
  • Consultative selling skills and experience
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
