The Program Manager serves as a crucial liaison among students, faculty, staff, and the broader community, facilitating the effective administration of the conduct process within the Student Conduct and Community Standards (SCCS) office.
Primary Responsibilities:- Deliver operational, administrative, and clerical assistance to SCCS personnel.
- Function as a Maxient system administrator for student databases, managing account oversight and database upkeep.
- Support the organization of seminars, workshops, and initiatives led by SCCS.
- Handle office inquiries and scheduling, ensuring efficient management of information requests.
- Safeguard sensitive information in accordance with FERPA regulations.
- Oversee and assess the performance of student employees.
- Conduct background checks and generate various communications and reports.
- Gather feedback for evaluation purposes and collaborate with campus partners on diverse projects.
- Analyze SCCS Clery data and assist the University's Clery Coordinator.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- A minimum of three years of pertinent experience.
Experience within a higher education environment.
Engagement with students from a variety of backgrounds.
Familiarity with case management system software.
Capability to produce accessible communications and reports.
Proficiency in data analysis utilizing Excel or similar tools.
