About the Role

The Community Investment Programme (CIP) is a 15-year plan to invest over $1 billion in schools, homes, and community facilities in Camden. As the New Homes Customer Care Manager, you will oversee the CIP New Homes Aftercare Team to provide a comprehensive, resident-focused service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support a smooth transition of new build homes from construction to occupation and into day-to-day management and maintenance.
  • Motivate and manage the New Homes Aftercare Team to deliver improvements to our excellent handover and aftercare service.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external colleagues to deliver improvements to our handover and aftercare service.
  • Manage defect and warranty processes, and have knowledge and experience of the private sales market and affordable housing, asset management.

Requirements

  • Background in aftercare, including demonstrable experience in management of newly built homes and/or large regeneration/housing planned maintenance programmes.
  • Knowledge and experience of the private sales market and affordable housing, asset management, managing defect and warranty processes.
  • Ability to think creatively to problem solve and deal with a wide range of customers, providing solutions to all parties.
