About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Shift Lead to join our team at Mo' Bettahs - Utah. As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth-running shift, assisting with compliance with company standards, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Assist with team management and lead by example
  • Perform all duties of a Team Member, with additional responsibilities as a Shift Lead

Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
  • Restaurant experience preferred

Working Conditions

The Shift Lead position requires qualified individuals to be able to see, hear, and speak. You must be able to ascend and descend stairs, sit and stand for extended periods, and lift up to 30 pounds. You may be required to work outside in various weather conditions and use a computer for extended periods.
