We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our shipboard team at American Cruise Lines. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional cuisine to our guests while working in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef/Sous Chef to create diversified meals for our guests using fresh ingredients.
  • Organize kitchen processes to ensure efficient food production and high-quality dishes.
  • Prepare and present dishes that meet our established menu choices and adhere to guests' dietary requests.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure seamless meal services.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of culinary experience in a full-service resort, hotel, country club, or full-service restaurant.
  • Ability to work 14 hours per day and maintain a high level of energy and focus.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and ability to enforce them.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and complete a criminal background check.
