Job Summary

The Customer Relations Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer requests and inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses
  • Collaborate with sales teams to resolve customer issues and meet sales targets
  • Administer customer purchase orders, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
  • Interact with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on customer interactions and sales performance

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-8 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications

Work Environment

This role is based in an office environment and requires regular interaction with internal stakeholders and customers. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales performance.
