Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced line cook to manage our back-of-house (BOH) operations while preparing retail and cook-to-order menu items. This role requires strong leadership skills, with responsibilities including food prep, training and managing employees, scheduling, cooking and cleaning, daiquiri prep, and inventory management based on daily needs.

Requirements:
  • Experience in BOH operations

  • Familiarity with kitchen safety protocols
Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is $20 per hour, with a guaranteed tip pool. This is a mostly night shift position, with some variability depending on the day of the week.

Work Schedule:

Shifts typically range from 9:30am-4pm, 4pm-close, or varying weekends. We are open 7 days a week from 11am-9pm.
