RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS
You will oversee all aspects of your restaurant's operations. This encompasses cost management, inventory oversight, cash handling, and customer relations. You are expected to set the standard. Adherence to all policies and procedures is mandatory, and you should expect the same from your team. Your responsibilities will include creating schedules, ordering supplies, training team members, and recruitment. A profit-sharing bonus is available for Operations Managers based on effective cost management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Preferred minimum of 1 year in restaurant management
