RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS
You will oversee all aspects of your restaurant's operations. This encompasses cost management, inventory oversight, cash handling, and customer service. You are expected to set a standard for your team. Adherence to all policies and procedures is mandatory, and you should expect the same from your staff. You will be responsible for scheduling, product ordering, team member training, and recruitment. A profit-sharing bonus is available for General Managers based on effective cost management.
