What You Have

1+ years of experience in Client/Customer Service.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Financial Services/Wealth Management or a closely related field.
  • While licensing is preferred, it is not mandatory for this role; Charles Schwab will support employees in obtaining and maintaining the Series 7 and 63/66 licenses.
  • Ability to address client needs with professionalism and diplomacy.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working independently and effectively as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Capacity to establish and maintain strong cross-enterprise working relationships.
  • Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules governing client accounts.
  • May be required to become a Notary.
