3) Collaborative Teamwork: Actively participate in team meetings and collaborative projects, offering valuable insights and fostering constructive discussions.

4) Advocacy and Guidance: Advocate passionately for the needs of our youth, offering support and direction to aid their development and healing process.

5) Effective Communication: Maintain professional and clear communication with colleagues and community partners, promoting a culture of collaboration and respect.

6) Accurate Documentation: Ensure timely and precise documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory requirements.

Your Qualifications:

  1. Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution. Professional licensure (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC) is mandatory.
  2. Demonstrated experience in providing a variety of therapeutic services in a clinical environment, with a commitment to trauma-informed, evidence-based, and LGBTQ+ affirming care.
  3. A dedication to ongoing learning and professional development, with enthusiasm for applying evidence-based practices in trauma-informed care.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQ+ community.
