Qualifications: Candidates must hold a valid license to practice in Ohio. An NPI/Ohio Medicaid ID is preferred. Access to a computer and high-speed internet is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your advanced clinical skills and specialized knowledge in counseling, assessments, and treatment planning.
  • Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services rendered and client progress.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, their families, case managers, and referral sources.
  • Assist clients in developing personalized treatment plans.
  • Engage in regular care conferences and case reviews.
  • Adhere to all agency, federal, and state confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.

Job Type: Independent Contractor
