Qualifications: Candidates must hold a valid license to practice in Ohio. An NPI and Ohio Medicaid ID are preferred. Access to a computer and a reliable high-speed internet connection is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your advanced clinical expertise to conduct counseling sessions, assessments, and develop treatment plans.
- Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services rendered and track client progress.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, their families, case managers, and referral sources.
- Assist clients in formulating Individual Treatment Plans.
- Engage in regular care conferences and case reviews.
- Adhere to all agency, federal, and state confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
