Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Dispatcher to join our team at Mr. Handyman of Westchester County. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, scheduling jobs, and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
• Maintain accurate customer files and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Handle incoming calls, schedule jobs, and follow up on service calls and surveys to ensure customer satisfaction.
Office Administration:
• Oversee daily office operations, manage supplies, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Document communications and train new employees to ensure a smooth transition of knowledge and responsibilities.
Resource & Vendor Management:
• Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries and manage the weekly route schedule to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Assist technicians with advice and directions to ensure successful job completions.
Business Development:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive new business and increase customer loyalty.
• Stay informed on products and services to effectively assist customers with their needs.
Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records and generate necessary reports to track job completions and customer satisfaction.
• Verify job completions and manage invoices in ServiceTitan to ensure timely payment and accurate financial records.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in office management or inside sales, preferably in the home services industry.
• Strong typing and 10-key skills, with proficiency in MacOS and MS Office.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
