Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Culinary Assistant to join our team at Kraft Group LLC. The successful candidate will assist the Corporate Chef in purchasing, preparing, and delivering menu items to corporate customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present menu items according to corporate customer preferences.
  • Deliver prepared foods to corporate customers, both on and off premises.
  • Aid in the execution of corporate events on and off property.
  • Practice food safety at all times.
  • Understand and observe customer dietary preferences and restrictions.
  • Some car travel may be required on occasion.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding food prepared and interactions with corporate customers.
Requirements
  • Excellent from-scratch culinary skills.
  • Certified in food safety.
  • Able to interact directly with corporate clients to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and nights.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with moderate noise levels on non-event days and loud noise levels on event days.
