Caregiving Nurse Specialist

About the Role:
* Provide general direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician
* Administer medications and perform injections according to prescribed treatment plans
* Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to supervising nurses or physicians
* Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients
* Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in patient care
Requirements:
* Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Georgia
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
* 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a LPN/LVN role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and move quickly in response to emergencies
* Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and basic computer applications
Salary and Benefits:
* Competitive salary range: $ 55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
