Position Overview:

We are looking for a proficient Electro-Mechanical Assembler to contribute to our operations. This role involves the assembly and troubleshooting of mechanical components and systems, ensuring high standards of quality and precision.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret and analyze blueprints, wiring diagrams, specifications, and work orders to ascertain material requirements and assembly instructions.
  • Assist in assembling various machine sections according to customer specifications, utilizing hand and power tools.
  • Execute mechanical assembly tasks with precision, positioning and aligning components using fixtures and jigs.
  • Perform operations such as drilling, tapping, and reaming, ensuring parts fit accurately and are properly lubricated.
  • Utilize measuring instruments to maintain alignment and detect any discrepancies in assembly.
  • Support the assembly of basic electrical or electronic systems, ensuring correct installation of components and wiring.
  • Identify and report any defective materials or operational challenges to the supervisor.

Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
  • Solid mechanical and electrical assembly skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior experience in electro-mechanical assembly is preferred.
  • Willingness to work overtime as necessary.

The estimated pay range for this position is $24 - $26 per hour, subject to variation based on individual qualifications and geographic location.
