We are currently seeking a Service Technician to join our team, focusing on delivering top-notch service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct independent installation, maintenance, and inspection of digital monitoring technologies, including electrical, electromechanical, and mechanical assemblies.
  • Perform error analysis and troubleshooting for various assemblies.
  • Engage directly with customers across North America, ensuring effective communication and support.
  • Facilitate training sessions, installations, and provide installation support, including phone assistance and documentation of all work performed.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.
Essential Skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-sufficient.
  • Strong commitment to safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Technical proficiency in electrical and electronics fundamentals.
  • Capability to interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
  • Advanced understanding of electrical systems, including industrial wiring and control systems.
  • Experience with voltage and current measurements; familiarity with oscilloscopes is a plus.
  • Solid mechanical skills, including assembly and disassembly of components.
  • Basic knowledge of Information Technology, including Microsoft Office and networking.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and readiness to travel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate degree from a technical institution.
  • Familiarity with railroad infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in a second language, such as German or Spanish.
  • Experience in electrical design.
