About the Position

The Ravenna City Schools are seeking a qualified individual to fill the Middle School In-School-Restriction Monitor position. This role is designed to support students in need of academic and behavioral assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.
  • Monitor student behavior, providing redirection and positive reinforcement as needed.
  • Assist teachers with instructional activities, ensuring students receive necessary support.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, applicants should possess excellent communication skills, patience, and a passion for supporting students' academic success. Prior experience working with at-risk youth is beneficial but not required.

Benefits

Ravenna City Schools offers a competitive hourly rate of $16.06 per hour for this position. Benefits information will be provided upon selection.
