Cultivation and Production Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cultivation and Production Specialist to join our team at Curaleaf. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the growth and success of our cannabis production operations.

Key Responsibilities- Execute production plans in accordance with company operating procedures for indoor cultivation.
- Work collaboratively with the Cultivation Manager to plan growing activities consistent with production schedules.
- Prepare growing spaces required for planned production, ensuring optimal conditions for plant growth.
- Monitor and control growing conditions, reviewing humidity, moisture, and temperature levels to maintain quality standards.
- Inspect crops regularly to identify any issues or irregularities, removing substandard plants to maintain product quality.
- Care for plants during the vegetative and flowering phases, including pruning, staking, watering, and feeding.
- Harvest, trim, and cure plants, weighing and documenting inventory data accurately.
- Operate and maintain cultivation systems and equipment, monitoring and calibrating lighting, irrigation, climate control, and other systems as needed.
- High School diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required.
- Knowledge of growing technologies, including lights, irrigation, soil, nutrients, and more.
- Understanding of different cannabis strains and their unique growing requirements.
- Able to execute techniques consistently and maintain high-quality standards.
- Excellent documentation, inventory, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently within tight schedules and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues.
- Basic weights and measurement skills, with ability to operate a scale accurately.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and stand, bend, crouch, and reach arms above head for extended periods.
