Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative / Graphic Design Support Specialist. This role will be responsible for managing the front desk, preparing printing jobs, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with clients via phone or in-person to provide information about products and services, take orders, or document complaints
  • Coordinate questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
  • Handle client complaints or escalate when necessary
  • Meet or exceed all service and sales targets
  • Provide administrative support as needed
  • Attend all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some post-secondary education or training preferred
  • Printing or graphic design experience beneficial
  • Previous customer service or related experience preferred
  • Pleasant and friendly demeanor, with an outgoing personality
  • Highly professional and dependable
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding phone skills
  • Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
