Executive Chef

KCs Restaurant & Pub is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our high-volume kitchen team. This is a full-time position requiring approximately 35-40 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
- Cook and plate menu items accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- At least one year of experience as a line cook.
- Able to lift at least 40 pounds.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must be able to cook burgers and meats to specific temperatures.
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Understanding of food safety practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Food handling experience.
- Cooking techniques expertise.
- Assistance in kitchen operations.
- Knowledge of Food safety standards.
This role requires working in a fast-paced kitchen environment with the ability to work variable shifts, including nights and weekends. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
