- Provide coverage for the Workplace Support queue, live person chat, and backup support to triage counselors as needed.
- Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field.
- Licensure meeting State, Commonwealth, or customer-specific requirements.
- 5+ years of post-degree experience in clinical counseling, with 2 years in substance abuse assessment and counseling.
- Strong organization, time management, and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and training skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle ambiguity.
