Key Responsibilities
  • Provide virtual consultation services to managers and HR partners on behavioral health and workplace-related topics.
  • Coordinate and manage formal referrals, including DOT/SAP, Drug Free Workplace, and performance management issues.
  • Develop and implement onsite activities, such as crisis intervention services, trainings, and health fairs.
  • Offer education to callers on EAP benefits, vendor resources, and website features.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to performance standards, meetings, and company policies.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to building a high-performing team.
  • Provide coverage for the Workplace Support queue, live person chat, and backup support to triage counselors as needed.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field.
  • Licensure meeting State, Commonwealth, or customer-specific requirements.
  • 5+ years of post-degree experience in clinical counseling, with 2 years in substance abuse assessment and counseling.
  • Strong organization, time management, and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and training skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle ambiguity.
